Matrix Audio proudly presents the NT-1, a groundbreaking masterpiece designed for audiophiles in pursuit of perfection. With a powerful core upgrade and a next-level display enhancement, NT-1 delivers a brand-new experience that captivates both your ears and eyes.
The ever-evolving MA Player Hi-Fi Streamer OS and MA Remote App seamlessly adapt to both iOS and Android devices. Whether on a smartphone or a tablet, enjoy a smooth and intuitive interactive experience.
Mount your NAS drive to the device, allowing you to create a music library directly from your NAS. If your music is stored in the cloud, such as Baidu Netdisk, it can also be mounted directly on the device.
The bottom of the device features an NVMe SSD slot, allowing for the installation of an SSD to expand internal storage. A specially designed ultra-low-noise independent power supply ensures a quiet operating environment for the SSD, which surpasses what an ordinary computer can offer.
The power supply system is built by a 60W toroidal transformer and multiple LDOs. The power for the digital audio processing core and the USB DAC interface are supplied by two independent windings of the transformer, ensuring stable operation of each part and effectively reducing noise interference.
With the SMB protocol, computers on the same network can easily access the device's storage, making it simple to manage your music library. Additionally, the device can function as a NAS, enabling other streamers on the same network to seamlessly play the stored music.
Whether playing local music or online streaming audio, the device can be automatically woken up. And the back-end DAC or amplifier can be started through the trigger connection, which is automatic and convenient without any manual operation.
This clock system derives from the flagship model of Matrix Audio, which has dual modes. In internal clock mode, the femtosecond clock provides a reference for the RF synthesizer, outputting a highly stable, low-phase-noise audio clock. In external clock mode, the incoming clock signals become the reference for the RF synthesizer, outputting an audio clock that is highly stable, low-phase-noise, and phase-synchronized with the input clock.
Optical, coaxial, AES/EBU and IIS-LVDS output ports are available, which can easily connect to various digital audio devices such as DACs and amplifiers to meet your diverse audio connection needs. If you connect it to an active speaker with digital input, you can also enable the digital volume function, no need to add an additional speaker controller, and the volume can be adjusted easily.
NT-1 features an audio-specific USB DAC interface with electrical isolation. It not only deeply optimizes transmission noise, but also isolates the ground ware of USB port from the device ground wire, fundamentally reducing noise and interference during audio transmission and ensuring the purity of the audio signal.
The linear power supply of NT-1 is unique, with independent windings and a precise low-noise regulator circuit, providing the USB DAC interface with a dedicated power supply isolated from the digital part, further ensuring the stability and low noise of audio transmission, and bringing you the ultimate Hi-Fi experience.
With different SFP modules, you can freely expand a optical fiber or Ethernet ports as needed. When used with audio grade network switch from Matrix Audio, it can create a more efficient and stable network connection to meet the needs of Hi-Fi scenarios.
