Audiophile Quality AC Duplex Outlet
DH Labs is announcing a new rhodium-plated AC Duplex Outlet. We have had numerous requests for an outlet than can handle the weight of our heavy, high-performance power cords. The outlets in most homes are “builder grade” and poorly made. We suggest replacing the outlets used for audio and video equipment with a better-quality electrical outlet.
The DH Labs POWER PATH is easy to install and allows for the wires to be inserted in the back and tightened with screws, or you may wrap the wire around screw posts on the side of the outlet. The outlet does not come with a cover plate and using the one that comes with the existing outlet is suggested. The silver center screw from the outlet is used to secure the decora plate to the front of the outlet. There are no screws provided for the mounting the outlet to the electrical box so using the ones from the existing outlet is suggested.
