In the event our customer feels the purchase has not lived up to their expectations, the customer may return the items purchased for refund or store credit - excluding shipping charges and possible restock/processing fee, providing the below qualifications are met:

- Multiple returning (chaining) of original purchase not allowed, only one return cycle allowed
- Merchandise must be in original manufacturer packaging
- Must contain all accessories, cables, remotes, batteries and manuals
- Return shipments must have secondary/outer protective double boxing
- Must include your sales receipt and receive Return Authorization Number from Dedicated Audio
- Returned via trackable shipping method with insurance
- New In Box Speaker returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee
- New In Box Turntable returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee
- Discounted Purchases are Non-returnable
- Customer Accommodation priced purchases are Non-returnable

Shipping charges are non-refundable: In the event of a sales return, "Free Shipping" accommodation costs to the customer as well as the return shipping costs become the responsibility of the purchaser.

Wood Finish Disclaimer
Due to natural variations which occur in wood veneers and hardwoods, such as grain, texture and color, no guarantee can be made of an exact match to manufacturer or website photographs. Because of the natural characteristics of wood, and because finish is applied to solid woods as well as veneered panels, variations in color or grain will occur between pieces. Factors such as aging and exposure to various forms of light also alter finish appearance.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Dedicated AudioTM LLC (hereafter referred to as "Merchant") will not disclose Cardholder information to third parties, other than Bank's or Merchant's agents for the purposes of assisting the Merchant in completing a Card transaction or as specifically required by law. California Proposition 65 Warning
California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65, was enacted to address California consumers' concerns over possible exposure to toxic chemicals.
