The Pro-Ject Switch Box provides four extra line-level inputs to accommodate additional sources in your system. The Switch Box provides automatic synchronization with the input of the Pro-Ject Pre Box allowing for simple control and access to inputs from both a front panel switch or from the supplied remote control. Additionally, two line-level outputs permit connection to the Pre Box or other Pro-Ject Boxes - for example, a Head Box II / Head Box SE II headphone amplifier or subwoofer. The use of the Switch Box is not limited to other Pro-Ject components as it is compatible with other manufacturers’ sources.

Just as the larger model IP 24 the mechanical construction is unusually highly sophisticated: An extremely sturdy die-cast aluminum frame with a baffle made from resonance-absorbing MDF and rigid aluminum screw clamps, provide a firm foundation for the integrated loudspeaker technology.
