International customers, please be sure to visit the International shipping section below for your preferred method of shipment. Air Mail and Global Priority DO NOT contain tracking capabilities. International customers MUST upgrade to Global Express to enjoy tracking. Should you have any questions, please contact us prior to shipment. Due to the world-wide shipping variables, we reserve the right to adjust the basic International shipping costs. International customers are responsible for all import duty fees, taxes and brokerage fees and surcharges. International shipping fees will be corrected as required.

  All International orders/shipments are at the risk of the purchaser. Due to global variables beyond our control, Dedicated Audio LLC cannot be held responsible for delayed, mismanaged or lost International shipments. Customers accept all risks. Please contact us prior to ordering to clarify any questions. 

International returns are not accepted by Dedicated Audio LLC due to non-payment of duties, import or brokerage fees. It is not in our best interest to adjust the declared value of your purchase for import fee reduction.
Please check with you local organizations prior to ordering.

  We reserve the right to correct any shipping price errors.

Return Policies:
In the event our customer feels the purchase has not lived up to their expectations, the customer may return the items purchased for refund or store credit (see below) - excluding shipping and a possible 15% restock/processing fee, providing the below qualifications are met

• Customer possessed the product for 14 days or less
• Purchases at MSRP* to 15% discounted from MSRP* qualify for refund or store credit
• Purchases at 16% or greater discounted from MSRP* do not qualify for return or store credit 
• Customer has received a Return Authorization Number from Dedicated Audio
• Merchandise must be in original manufacturer packaging
• Must contain all accessories
• Like New, resalable condition
• Must include your sales receipt and RA number
• No COD returns will be accepted.

  Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a sales return, "Free Shipping" accommodation costs become the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact us immediately via email or phone. 

Non Returnable - Non Refundable Items:  Clearance priced items, special orders, custom orders, preowned/used/like-new products, non stock or modified items, special accommodation, industry accommodation, demo/show/ B stock items, "traded in" as well as "traded for" products, opened media, fluids, record cleaning machines/devices, set-up/calibration devices, books, loudspeakers, stands/furniture, jumpers, vacuum tubes, vacuum tubed components, music servers, phono cartridges, tonearms, turntables, earbuds/earphones, conditioner/enhancement kits, solder, heatshrink, tech flex, DIY kits/packages, raw cable, products cut to order, a/c outlets and a/c plugs/adapters. Please contact us prior to purchase to clarify any questions.

Defective Items :  Should your product be defective, we ask that you contact both the manufacturer and us for instructions as each manufacturer has different requirements and their policies supersede ours. Please contact Dedicated Audio and we will assist you in resolveing the problem.

Defective CD's - DVD's - LP's : We will replace defective CD's/DVD's/LP with "Same Title" only.

Damaged Shipments : Should a shipment arrive damaged, you must notify us within the 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

Special Orders: All special orders must be paid in full at time of ordering and are non-refundable or returnable. 

Disclaimer: Dedicated Audio LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel return policies at any time.

Insufficient Funds Checks: Non-Sufficient Funds checks are subject to a fee of $35.00

Any single cable/wire set(s), accessory or electronic product purchased from Dedicated Audio^TM LLC with an original sales receipt purchase price of $100.00 or greater may be "traded up" during the first year following purchase for another product which is purchased at least double the original retail price of the original item purchased. The original actual purchase price of the product will be credited towards the manufacturer's retail price of the new product (excluding sales taxes, shipping fees and/or accommodation - discount amounts). "Trade up" products must be in excellent working order, free from cosmetic and physical damage, in resalable condition as well as include all packaging, boxes, accessories and manuals. In the event the trade up product is found to be damaged, defective or missing portions of in any way, the sale becomes void and is subject to renegotiation. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping, insurance and handling fees. Trade up products are non-returnable, however may be credited towards next level of trade up purchase within one year of original trade up.

Products which DO NOT qualify for trade up credit: Clearance priced items, special orders, custom orders, special accommodation, industry accommodation, demo/show/B stock items, "traded in" as well as "traded for" products, pre-owned/used products, media, fluids, record cleaning machines, set-up devices, cleaning and maintenance devices, books, jumpers, stands, furniture, vacuum tubes, vacuum tubed components, music servers, phono cartridges, tonearms, turntables, earbuds/earphones, conditioner/enhancement kits, modified items, solder, heatshrink, tech flex, DIY kits/packages, raw cable, products cut to order, a/c outlets and a/c plugs/adapters.

Turntables, phono cartridges and vacuum tubed equipment may qualify for limited trade up credit and will be negotiated.

All trade up transactions must have prior approval by Dedicated Audio^TM LLC . Please contact us prior to purchase to clarify any questions.

Dedicated Audio^TM LLC (hereafter referred to as "Merchant") will not disclose Cardholder information to third parties, other than Bank's or Merchant's agents for the purposes of assisting the Merchant in completing a Card transaction or as specifically required by law. In the event that Merchant's business fails or otherwise ceases to process, any database containing Cardholder's personal information, Card numbers, or other transaction information cannot be considered an asset of the business and subsequently sold or disclosed to a third party. Merchant will immediately notify Bank if a loss of transaction information is experienced or otherwise suspects that the information may have been compromised and to assist Bank with investigation of the loss.

Dedicated Audio^TM LLC will NOT disclose Customer email address or Customer information to third parties without customer's consent.
