I have just received the Dynaudio Excite X12  which I ordered on Thursday,
wow!  Fast and safe delivery.  Dan  you were a pleasure talking with you on
the phone as you were courteous and  knowledgeable.
I am very happy that I found your website.
The Dynaudio's  are already hooked up to a McIntosh MC-275 50th Anniversary
Edition and  they are wonderful.  The black gloss is the only way to go!
They are  spectacular as a piece of art. The X12s are focused, articulate
with a very  real sound stage and they just disappear as they produce
gorgeous  sound.
Thank you for you outstanding service.  (thanks also for the  mini light it
also is very cool).

Pardon my French but....Damn !!!

I ordered the Kimber Kable DV-75 from AA on July 30th and after 9 days it still hadn't shipped, so I cancelled. I then did an internet search for the cable and your site came up. I called and talked to I believe Daniel and he took my order on Aug. 7th and in 2 days he had the cable at my house half way across the country. I might mention that we've spent 1000's at AA and have never heard of your site so you'd think the opposite would be true. Unlike Axxxx Axxxxxx, that's customer service.

Seriously, holy crap!  I always try to listen with an open mind and ear and try not to prejudge or have expectations on how something might sound, but from the first note that played on the T+A DAC8, it kicked butt. The Dynaudio Focus 220 MKII speakers in only a couple of songs never sounded this GOOD.

Daniel,
I got the Maggie jumpers this afternoon and installed them as soon as I got a chance. The improvement in clarity across the spectrum compared to the resistors was immediately evident and will likely improve as the jumpers break in.
This is a no-brainer tweek for the 3.7.

Dan,
The turntable arrived today (in four boxes).  My wife is appalled and disgusted that I spent 8k on a record player.  She asked me if I had any idea how many Tanzanian orphans I could house, cloth, and feed for 8k?  I didn't bite.  She takes a herd of Luther students to Tanzania every January as part of the Luther College study abroad program.
The record cleaning machine is terrific.  I can't believe I did not pick one up years ago.
